About the role
Veoteq is a US-based technology consulting firm helping SMBs implement AI automation, build custom integrations, and modernize their operations. We sell automation projects to clients and need a skilled developer to deliver them — fast, clean, and reliably.
This is a core delivery role based in the Philippines (remote). You build what we sell.

What you will do
Client delivery (~70% of your time)
- Build automation workflows for clients using n8n, Make (Integromat), or Zapier.
- Integrate third-party APIs (CRMs, ERPs, communication tools, databases).
- Connect tools clients already use — HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, QuickBooks, Airtable, etc.
- Build and deploy AI-enhanced workflows (OpenAI API, document processing, data extraction).
- Test, document, and hand off completed automations to clients.
- Troubleshoot and maintain live client workflows.
Internal development (~30% of your time)
- Build and maintain Veoteq's own internal automations.
- Support proposal process with technical scoping and time estimates.
- Contribute to building reusable workflow templates we can sell repeatedly.
- Assist with BnBCalculator app backend logic when needed.

What we are looking for
Required skills
- Strong hands-on experience with n8n (self-hosted or cloud) — this is required.
- Proficiency in at least one of: Make (Integromat), Zapier, or similar.
- REST API integration experience — reading docs and building custom HTTP requests.
- JSON manipulation and data transformation.
- Webhooks — setting up, testing, troubleshooting.
- Basic scripting ability (JavaScript or Python — for custom n8n function nodes).
- Google Workspace APIs (Gmail, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
- Comfortable working from written briefs and client requirements.
Strong plus (prioritized in hiring)
- OpenAI / Claude API integration experience.
- HubSpot API.
- Experience with AI document processing or data extraction workflows.
- Airtable, Notion, or database integrations.
- Any experience building on AWS (Lambda, S3 basics).
You are the right person if
- You have delivered real automation projects for clients or employers — not just personal projects.
- You can take a written workflow brief and build it without hand-holding.
- You write clean documentation so clients understand what was built.
- You are fast — you can scope and build a standard automation in 1–3 days.
- You are available during US Eastern Time for daily check-ins.
- You are based in the Philippines and eligible to work remotely.
- You want a stable full-time role, not freelance gigs.
Compensation
- Base: $800–$1,500 USD/month (based on demonstrated skill level).
- Performance bonus available based on project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Paid monthly via Wise or similar.
- Full-time: 40 hours/week.
- Starts immediately upon hire.
