UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who cares about clarity, motion, and accessibility as much as pixels. You will shape how people experience InspiroGoals, BnBInsights, and custom products for our clients—from first sketch to handoff in production.

You will sit with product and engineering (not across a wall). Expect real ownership: discovery workshops, journey maps, high-fidelity screens, prototypes, and usability tests that actually change the roadmap.

Reports to: Head of Product · Team: Design, Product, Engineering · Tools we use today: Figma, FigJam, Maze or similar for tests, Notion for docs, Linear or Jira for delivery (we are flexible if you prefer a parallel workflow).

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end design for features on iOS, web, and internal tools—wireframes, visual design, interaction specs, and developer-ready components.
  • Evolve and maintain a design system (tokens, typography, components) so shipping stays fast and the product family feels cohesive.
  • Run lightweight research: structured interviews, usability sessions, and competitive scans; summarize insights so stakeholders can decide quickly.
  • Prototype flows in Figma (or equivalent) for validation before engineering invests sprints.
  • Partner with engineers on edge cases, empty states, loading patterns, and accessibility—aiming for WCAG 2.1 AA on customer-facing surfaces.
  • Present work with rationale (not just “here are screens”) and iterate from feedback without losing the user problem.

What we are looking for

Must have

  • 3+ years of professional product design experience (in-house or agency) with shipped consumer or B2B software.
  • A portfolio that shows process—problem, constraints, iterations, and outcome—not only final mocks.
  • Expert-level Figma (auto layout, variants, component libraries, dev mode handoff).
  • Comfort designing for mobile-first (iOS patterns, safe areas, dynamic type) and responsive web.
  • Strong communication: written specs, async critique, and live workshops with non-designers.

Nice to have

  • Experience with subscription apps, fintech-style dashboards, or data-heavy analytics UIs.
  • Motion design basics (Principle, After Effects, or Figma smart animate) for polish and onboarding moments.
  • Familiarity with Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design 3.
  • Prior work in a hybrid studio with designers, PMs, and engineers in tight loops.

We welcome applicants from non-traditional paths if the work speaks clearly. We are an equal opportunity employer.
